Shipping and delivery

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Parcels are dispatched throughout the week. Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to unexpected customs checks or other events beyond our control.
